HI-POLY Waterproofing Materials
Chematco Ltd. offers a series of HI-POLY Waterproofing Materials
to fit your waterproofing projects of different sizes: exposure
PU coating, non-exposure PU coating, Polyurea Spray coating
& Silicone-based water repellent material.
HI-POLY PU-950
Waterproofing System, Exposure Type
A liquid applied two-component PU waterproofing system which
is designed for internal and external uses. It has outstanding
performance in water and UV resistance, durability and elongation.
Typical thickness: 3-10 mm
Seamless, water-tight construction
Easy to apply on complex or vertical areas
Rubber-like surface
Excellent in mechanical property, tensile strength, tear
strength and elongation
Excellent in water resistance, durability and UV resistance
A liquid applied, elastomeric, two-component PU waterproofing
system for non-exposure uses. The rubber-like PU membrane
applied between concrete slabs offers excellent elongation
for water resistance and durability.
Typical thickness: 3-10 mm
Seamless, water-tight construction
Easy to apply on complex or vertical areas
Rubber-like membrane
Excellent in mechanical property, elongation and tear
strength
Excellent in water resistance, durability and chemical
resistance
High Performance Water Repellent for Porous Concrete
and Silica-based Materials
AC137 is a clear, penetrating, breathable water repellent
for use on concrete, brick, concrete masonry units, and siliceous
natural stones. It chemically reacts with silica to form a
hydrophobic surface. The reaction forms only a monolayer of
hydrophobic molecules on the surface layer. There is practically
no change to the porosity, topography, and appearance of the
treated surface.
Simple application
Effectively treats hairline cracks up to 0.5mm wide
Little or no change in surface appearance (no debonding,
peeling or yellowing)
Breathable system
Long lasting protection due to highly stable, chemically
bounded silicone molecules
